Construction with Industrialized Elements
The State Comptroller's House is part of a 21-story office tower located on AaArb’aa Street in Tel Aviv, built above a commercial ground floor and a five-level underground parking lot. Covering a total area of 20,000 sqm, each office floor spans 800 sqm.
The construction of the tower integrated industrialized elements, including architectural facades and a large screen wall on the southern side. The project also involved demolition, landfill, and excavation works.
At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritizes safety, precise logistical planning, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility - From excavation and pile drilling, to laying the foundations, through to the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, finishing works, and landscaping.
