A Campus of Government Offices Above Commercial Floors
The government building in Be'er Sheva, located in the city's center, is a 7-story structure with 5 floors dedicated to government offices and 2 floors reserved for commercial spaces. The government offices span approximately 70,000 sqm, while the commercial floors cover 7,700 sqm. The complex also includes a two-level underground parking lot.
Ashtrom construction managed all phases of the construction process, starting from demolition, groundwork, and excavation, through the installation of internal systems such as plumbing, gas, electricity, communication, and air conditioning. The project also involved plastering, flooring, painting, finishing work, and environmental development. Additionally, the building's steel roof was erected in a unique spatial layout.
