Development and Management of a Magistrateโs Court
The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court complex spans four levels and features 39 courtrooms, a wing of judges' chambers, an area for detainees, and a public parking lot for employees and visitors. There is also a separate entrance for the juvenile court at the complex entrance.
ย Completed by Ashtrom Construction in 2007, the complex is now managed by Ashtrom Concessions, overseeing operational and maintenance tasks such as operation of electro-mechanical systems, management of maintenance workers, cleaning services, building accessibility, parking lot operations, continuous building upgrades to meet evolving needs, and coordination with external contractors and suppliers.
